Faye Liu is a Dallas-based illustrator and independent comics artist whose work explores the lived experiences of individuals, cultural background, and private emotions that are often difficult to articulate. Through visual storytelling, she examines memory, identity, relationships, and everyday life with a quiet and reflective approach.

Working primarily in black and white or limited color palettes, Faye uses a restrained visual language to shape intimate narratives. Her multidisciplinary practice also extends into ceramics, installation, and stop-motion animation, allowing narrative illustration to move beyond the two-dimensional page.

Faye holds BFA and MFA degrees in Illustration from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Her work has been internationally recognized by AIAP, Hiii Illustration, New One awards and the China Illustration Art Yearbook, and has been exhibited in cities across China and the United States.
